Its purpose being to cause an opponent to cease their actions and prostrate themselves towards the caster of this spell. Far more powerful should this not be resisted. It is also used at times to restrain a prisoner who happens to be quite powerful or dangerous until proper binds can be put in place.
Effects: Stuns a target for 1d2+1 rounds, with a break DC of 15 + Ability Score + 1/2 Level.

Those who do not submit, often find themselves in a position where they are quite easily slain, unless they can shake off the terror that they feel towards the caster of this spell.
Effects: Up to three targets, take 1d8 as a penalty to all defense rolls for 2 rounds
