Dicefight Information:
Character: Mazoga Short-Tusk
Username: WolfoftheFrozenNorth
Power Name: Barbarian Orc War Lord
Tier: 3
Theme: Orc Barbarian War Lord
Description: What is Strength? Some would say it’s the size and power of trained muscles and the feats of prowess an individual can muster. Others might say strength is the result of training, mental or physical, and the results that astound and inspire fear or admiration to those who witness it. A few might even say strength is the sheer ferocity of reputation of a species of creature known for their wake of destruction. Whatever people consider what strength is, Mazoga seeks all of it. She seeks to grow stronger, improving her physical power to make sure nothing can stand in her path. She seeks to become a powerful warrior, training her body and mind to hone herself not to wield weapons, but to become THE weapon. She is known for her sheer ferocity, her reputation showing the hordes of spiders, corsairs, smoking ghosts, and giant elementals fallen in her wake. Even those who she could consider kin, the orcs who took over a fortress city were overthrown by Mazoga’s strength. None can question it anymore. The rumors have spread. Her image is a symbol of power. Mazoga is strong; the chief; the barbarian; the feller of purple worms. And yet all of this is simply one more step. Mazoga's strength has grown even further, past that of many known chiefs of the past. She has stepped into the realm of being a War Lord, a being when on a battlefield, controls it with her massive might.
Aspect: Unstoppable and Immovable: A Tale of Strength
TP Cost: 16 TP (+1 Free TP Passive)
TP Breakdown: 5 (Passive) + 12 (+Str Rolls)
SP/MP Cost: Passive
Description: What comes out on top, the immovable object or the unstoppable force? A physics question for the ages that alchemists and scholars have argued for centuries. Some say the immovable object since no ammount of force could budge it and force exerts energy. Some say the unstoppable force since the universe will cause anything to move and something immovable does not exist. Whatever the answer may be, Mazoga just proves that there’s one thing better than either; being both. No longer simple rumors, Mazoga is a champion of combat. Her strength has been refined into an organic weapon of pure, brute force. A golem of muscle and power; her body does not succumb to pain or the word “stop”. She is the unstoppable force of raw strength but able to stand her ground as a wall for whomever requires her presence behind. Mazoga has become an earthquake, shatterer of stone and the sign of the continents shifting in one. She is a legend for people whom know and look up to her; A tale of strength.
Dicefight: +6 Str Rolls
Aspect: Urtasz Fury Strikes
TP Cost: Free Passive (10 TP)
TP Breakdown: 6 - Extra Attack. 4 - Crit Range
SP/MP Cost: Passive
Description: The Urtasz warriors all had a style of fighting other tribes knew them for: A constant onslaught of reckless attacks that cleave anyone who bends under their whim in twain. From youth, every warrior of this tribe is to learn how be a tidal wave of blood and gore with methodical yet unpredictable strikes that sunder the very air. Mazoga is no different, having learned from the previous generation to train her muscles in hardship and repetition. This is the result of her training, a tidal wave of attacks rapidly released in quick succession to break whoever opposes her. It matters not the weapon. It matters not the target. Whomever and whatever is connected will have to deal with the tidal wave or be crushed like the many enemies of the Urtasz with Mazoga as the latest instrument.
Dicefight: Mazoga gets an extra attack each round, that deals Rank damage at two ranks lower, +2 crit range
Aspect: Tough Hide
TP Cost: Free Passive (4TP)
TP Breakdown: 4 - HP DR/Hit
SP/MP Cost: Passive
Description: Due to the fragility of the body, two-legged races have, for the longest time, used other materials to protect their vital organs. Metals, leathers, scales, and hides all used in various ways to create protective layers that cover the body. There are some warriors, however, that forgo such machinations to strengthen and train their bodies from a fragile flesh-suit to a natural armor of its own. Using their natural brawl and a focus on primal movements, their skin eventually toughens up to be durable against the elements without any outerwear. Mazoga is one such believer of this practice, putting her body through rigorous training to strengthen her thick skin into a natural hide. Weather, combat, and traversing through harsh elements, Mazoga has put her body through multiple ringers so that it heals back up stronger and tougher. As a result, she has turned her skin into armor without needing additional layers. Her enemies will be surprised to find their weapons do not bite as hard as they wished them to.
Dicefight: +1d2 HP DR/Hit
Aspect: Flurry of Death
TP Cost: 3
Rank: 2 Aura
TP Breakdown: [Rank 2 (+4) + 4 (Active) + 3 (Drawback)] 6 - Extra Attack, 4 - HP Dmg/Hit, 1 - DR Pierce
SP/MP Cost: 4
Drawback: 1 Round Cooldown (+3 TP)
Description: It is a known fact that a trained warrior will know their way around their weapons more than anyone else who simply picks them up to defend themselves. It might be something anyone would consider common sense but its only ever fully understood when witnessing an expert at work. The weight and feel of a weapon are memorized and handled as if they weigh nothing at all. The length and curvature of the weapon is memorized on how it sails through the air. All the burdens of a typical heavy weapon are not seen as a problem for anyone who understands and has practice mastery with their favored style. Mazoga has reached this level of mastery, her weapons are simply an extension of her arms as opposed to how others would see them. With a small burst of energy, Mazoga can show her expertise by striking faster than anyone else with her style. While the trained warrior might make a perfect strike, Mazoga makes two of them. She has become more than just a warrior; she is now a living flurry, a storm of metal. Pray to the gods on whomever is on the other side of her wrath, for they may be joining them afterwards.
Dicefight: Mazoga makes two attacks, Piercing 1d2 HP DR. First attack deals Rank damage+1d2, second attack deals Rank damage at two ranks lower+1d2.
Aspect: Stamina of the War Lord
TP Cost: 6
Rank: 3 (Restoration)
TP Breakdown: [10 (Base) + 6 (Power) + 6 (Drawback)] 12 (SP Regen) + 10 (+duration)
SP/MP Cost: 8 MP
Drawback: Non-Damaging (+3) 1 Round cooldown (+3)
Description: There is a difference between going to war and having the staying power to keep at war. The enemy may not sleep or need to rest and yet a soldier needs to keep up the fight or those they defend will suffer. You can’t consider yourself a master of war without the stamina to back it up. Using the study of how the body works, the user focuses aura or mana in a much different way than normal in the art of restoration. Instead of rebuilding damage, the energy is used to quickly metabolize additional energy intake, whether it be food or vitamins, in order to accelerate stamina growth. Using the blessings of a war god or a respected symbol of power, the aura or mana envelopes the body and turns dormant energy into raw additional aura to be put toward other abilities or techniques. Only someone who is used to war and understands the body can adapt this technique into fruition, dubbing the restoration method its signature name.
Dicefight: Regenerates 1d4 SP per round for 1d5+1 rounds.
